Most people have heard of the term Registered Land but what does it mean?

If you purchased your property before December 1987 your property is probably not registered at the Land Registry and you may want to consider a voluntary application to register your land. Registration gives peace of mind, proves your ownership and protects against any claims on your land.

I may be declared Bankrupt – What does this mean?

This means that you will be judged legally to be unable to pay your debts and liabilities as they fall due. You could lose all the assets you own at the date of Bankruptcy. Your employment and creditworthiness could be at risk.
